The Complete Guide
Coverage levels, the XPEL film we install, warranty terms, paint preparation, and real finished projects — everything you need before protecting your paint.
Coverage Options
PPF is sold by coverage zone, not a flat fee. Here’s exactly what each package includes so you can pick the right level for how — and how far — you drive.

The essentials: front bumper, partial hood, and mirrors — the panels that take the most rock-chip and road-debris hits on the highway.

Our most popular package. Complete coverage for the entire front clip, so stone chips and swirl-causing debris never reach factory paint.

Edge-to-edge protection for every painted panel, front to back — the choice for daily drivers, collector cars, and anyone keeping resale value intact.

Product Used
We’re a certified XPEL installer, and every PPF job uses XPEL’s top-tier automotive film — the same film trusted by dealerships and collision shops across Texas. It’s a thermoplastic urethane with a self-healing topcoat, applied with edge-wrapped, computer-cut precision for each panel.
Certified InstallerLight scratches and swirl marks disappear on their own with a little heat from the sun or a warm-water rinse.
A urethane film engineered to stay invisible — no yellowing, no haze, no visible edges when installed correctly.
Water, mud, and bugs sheet off instead of bonding to the surface, which also makes the car easier to keep clean.
Warranty
Paint protection film is a long-term investment in your car’s resale value. That’s why every install is covered by both XPEL’s manufacturer warranty and our own workmanship guarantee.
XPEL backs every Ultimate Plus install with a 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, and adhesive failure — transferable if you sell the car.
If a panel edge lifts or shows contamination from our own installation, we’ll pull it and re-install it at no charge.
Improper washing (pressure washers aimed directly at edges), aftermarket chemical paint treatments, and physical damage from an accident are not covered.
Preparation
Most PPF problems trace back to skipped prep, not the film itself. Here’s exactly what happens to your paint before a single piece of film touches it.
A full pH-neutral wash followed by a clay bar pass to strip embedded brake dust, tar, and rail dust the wash alone can’t remove.
We inspect every panel under raking light for existing chips, swirls, or touch-up paint that could trap air or debris under the film.
Emblems, trim, and body lines are masked or removed where needed so the film can wrap edges cleanly instead of butting against them.
Computer pre-cut panels are wet-applied with a slip solution, squeegeed into position, then heat-set and trimmed by hand at every edge.
